Service Description
What Storma Provides
Storma is a secure AI proxy service that allows you to:
- Use your own API keys from AI service providers (OpenAI, Anthropic, Groq, etc.)
- Access multiple AI models through a unified interface
- Benefit from enhanced security and rate limiting
- Monitor usage and manage your AI interactions
- Scale your AI usage with subscription plans
User Responsibilities
API Key Management
- You are responsible for securing and managing your own API keys
- We cannot recover lost or compromised API keys
- You must comply with the terms of service of your AI service providers
- You are responsible for all charges incurred through your API keys
Acceptable Use
- Use the service only for lawful purposes
- Respect rate limits and fair usage policies
- Do not attempt to circumvent security measures
- Do not use the service for malicious or harmful activities
Prohibited Activities
You may not use our service to:
- Generate harmful, illegal, or inappropriate content
- Violate intellectual property rights
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
- Interfere with other users' access to the service
- Use automated tools to abuse rate limits
- Distribute malware or engage in cyber attacks
Subscription and Payment Terms
Subscription Plans

- All plans are billed monthly in advance
- Prices are subject to change with 30 days notice
Payment Processing
- Payments are processed securely through Lemon Squeezy
- Failed payments may result in service suspension
- Refunds are handled according to our refund policy
- Subscription cancellations take effect at the end of the billing period
Service Availability and Support
We strive to provide reliable service, but we cannot guarantee:
- 100% uptime or uninterrupted service
- Compatibility with all AI service providers
- Immediate response to all support requests
- Backward compatibility with older API versions
Note: Service availability depends on the status of your chosen AI service providers and our infrastructure.
Privacy and Data Protection
Your privacy is important to us. Our data collection and usage practices are described in ourPrivacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
BYOK Privacy Benefits
- Your AI API keys are never stored on our servers
- Your prompts and AI responses are not logged or stored
- We only collect minimal metadata for service operation
- Your data never goes through third-party AI services
Limitation of Liability
Important: Storma is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
- We are not responsible for content generated by AI services
- We do not guarantee the accuracy or reliability of AI responses
- Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service
- We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
Termination
We may terminate or suspend your access to the service immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including:
- Violation of these Terms
- Non-payment of subscription fees
- Abuse or misuse of the service
- Legal or regulatory requirements
Upon termination, your right to use the service will cease immediately, and we may delete your account and data.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes via email or through the service. Your continued use of the service after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
